Packaging poor quality and so is the delivery person's delivery

It took one hour for delivery. My home is just 600 metres from coffee day. This is not acceptable at all.

"The outlet in Capital Hotel is rather quiet and we can really spend some time tasting milkshake, cappuccino or a burger and recently I have been to with my son who is studying in a nearby institution. He was quiet happy and had his...favorite coffee and burger. Not so crowded and with good service from the staff I found this outlet very comfortable."

"For a change we tried their Jamaican crunchy plate shawarma,fish sharwama and soda sarbath Jamaican was Nice taste and fully stuffed with chicken,only drawn back what i found is its heavy mixed with oil(may be it's happen only for me). Fish sharwama below average...quantity wise ok. But having excess salt added in fish and filled with excess mayonnaise. Soda sharwath I can call it as sugar sarbath..normally it will contain lemon favour also.. The staff is very friendly..once i complained they immediately replaced it. Nice ambience,silent and spacious as compared to palayam branch."

"Everything about this restaurant was great. The place was clean and smells good. Staff and greeting were very nice. Our waiter was great, the staff also worked as a team to get and clean our food. The food was fresh and super expensive. Great atmosphere with really nice people. I come back to visit and experience deinsellf. NB: If you know Hindi or English, that would be better."

"Meals are good, heavy rush in and out. They load more than 200 rupees for small shrimps. 150 for small mackerel fry. The owner of the man who serves fish is too tricky and he does not reveal the price unless and until we get the bill. He put the dishes on our table. The fish is too expensive compared to the amount it offers and other shops offered. Very dissatisfied. for 3 members they charge 1080."
