"My husband and I went to dinner and it's absolutely great. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We both had the Hwy 43 Strip and it was amazing! You have the best steaks. The food is amazing. The service is great. Absolutely recommended to go here for one of the best steaks you will ever have!"

"In the midst of a move and with limited pizza options in Thomasville, Alabama, I found myself at Pizza Hut, tasked with feeding seven hungry movers. The staff at this Pizza Hut location deserve commendation for their commendable efforts and teamwork. Despite the challenges they faced, they were doing their utmost to ensure all customers were served promptly and efficiently. However, it was evident that their systems were not supporting their efforts adequately. A notable incident involved a lady from a local school who was accustomed to a certain price for their pizzas. Due to a special offer, the computer was not recognizing the usual price, leading to confusion and frustration. Despite multiple explanations and demonstrations by the staff, the customer remained adamant about obtaining the price she had in mind, causing a delay for other customers with large orders. A young man from the team was particularly patient and gracious in handling the situation. He tried numerous times to calm the lady and ensure her satisfaction. It is a reminder that while you can't please everyone, good customer service is about trying your best to do so. However, from the incident, it is clear that part of the problem stemmed from their systems. It would be beneficial for both the staff and customers if this is addressed promptly to avoid similar issues in the future. Despite the hiccup, I can't fault the staff's hard work and dedication amidst adversity."

"My second favorite place to wat!! Old fashion burgers. Great setting. UPDATEI just left from there. I had gotten me a #1 in which it is a cheeseburger meal with fries and no onions. Also, a jr. Chili cheese wrap. To drink, I had a sweet tea. All my food was cold and the tea was not sweet. I asked the lady to get me another sweet tea. She came back it was the same. I am very disappointed in Sonic's today. The tomatoes waa cut really thick. Ugh."
