"The reception is hot; The joy of the barley of sandblast is communicative: we look forward to sharing what his companion, and starred chief, florist favario, has concocted us. Indeed, no choice, no card: the menu is made according to the seasonal products, and sometimes modified each week at the option of arrivals. this strategy is explained by the eco-citizen policy, including zero packaging and zero waste, and recycling. Creativity is a passion that has never ceased to surprise us from the beginning to the end of the meal: the dishes made of olive wood made by a local cabinetmaker, the modern and warm decoration of the chalet, the presentation not to the plate but to share, the use of magnificent snails, white asparagus, bear garlic, celery. the gourmet flavors of a cuisine with accents of the terroir....The people of the service intervene in a benevolent and effective way. I can't. the accompaniment meets and the wines succeed perfectly. blind discovery is a beautiful playful experience that leads to the discovery of excellent producers and wine. We came out of this beautiful establishment, after the pass from the chef to the table, full of emotions, as to a show. Bravo to the whole Montmin inn team!"

"Visited on 2 evenings last week with friends. Friendly welcome from proprietors Nadege and Nicolas. Good varied menu reasonably priced. Several different choices between us, and all of us pleased with them. Good wine list at fair prices. All arrived promptly with efficient service. Shall...return!"

"Not the experience we were looking for when we booked. 11 degrees outside and the front door was kept open all the time a cold place for dinner. the room is generic and not comfortable. but let us talk about eating an escape from local cheese and tomato, quite unusual for “mountain kitchen”. low temperature pork was uneven, with over boiled sharing at all not delicate. the chives were literally everywhere, on every meal. the vegetarian main dish had no taste at all, with various iterations of the same veggie, carrots in this special case. we saw distinctly different tables that add salt to their meal times. at the end we went to this place because of the Michelin guide. according to our opinion, it should not be there at all. many improvements on the kitchen side on the other side, staff is very friendly. this review does not want to sound rude or mean, it was just a terrible personal experience."

"Splendid hotel, friendly and friendly staff and very affordable. magnificent restaurant and succulent dishes, sincerely that say more that it is absolute happiness! I read that some are still hungry when leaving the table, ben I don't understand!!!!!!! had taken the tasting menu and the wines that go with, frankly nothing to say! After taking a garden herbal, we exchanged a few words with the boss, it's a simple and very affordable person. This morning breakfast on the terrace overlooking the lake, I say it is only happiness!!! a big thank you to the whole team. We'll be back."
