"A coffee and wine gathering place hidden off from the Main Street of Collingwood (Hurontario). Very close to city hall. Nearby street parking. A large sélection of wine which seems to be their forte. I tried the matcha which was fairly good but small portion considering the price of $5.95. The sour dough bread with butter $5 was not overwhelming. Perhaps we can try other dishes the next time and cannot judge it but it was quite busy despite early Saturday morning."

"We stopped here because the place was hopping - normally a good sign. I should have checked the reviews first. As I should have had more than a coffee and a muffin. Coffee was good, but the muffin was dry and had very little of the promised fruit. It actually tasted like a day old muffin.....Maybe I'll try the cinni bun next time. The place was clean (including the restrooms) and the staff were friendly and provided prompt service."

"Because I'm not personal for the 80. celebrating my mother's birthday, I tried to think of something else to send. I remembered how much I like to stop at the Cheese Gallery, so a quick review online and see that they deliver!....See a simple online purchasing system where you see all their products (damaging the selection of local businesses) and I have now created a custom gift for my mother to enjoy. The gift consisted of cheese/olive/cracker/red pate for when drop-in guests arrive PLUS some soups/craissants for the freezer for the snowy days that come. The price (only over $100) for so many treats / meals was more than fair and the luck that it brought was really unpaid! Attention to detail is what makes the Cheese Gallery highlight, so even the owner of the shop personally delivered the birthday gift! Thank you to everyone who makes me look good!!!"

"We've eaten at Fabbrica a number of times in the past and would have rated it a 5 every time until our most recent experience. We were there to celebrate my wife's birthday but the food and the service just didn't measure up to previous experiences. The braised short-bibs in the Pappardella di Manzo, were tough and very fatty and it just didn't taste anything like the wonderful dish she had ordered several times in the past. The Gnocchi All'anatara arrived without the duck leg confit although waiter didn't believe me until he checked with the chef and confirmed they forgot to plate the duck component. While we waited for a replacement dish, my wife's dinner got cold. Not quite the birthday celebration I had hoped for."

"For some reason I always thought that these guys were actually selling beaver tails ?! Luckily that was not the case and our first experience trying their sweet treats was simply mind blowing! This was our first time trying a sweet treat from BeaverTails. We got the ?the classic? and the ?Avalanche?. Totally worth the wait in the long line. Do try their sweet treats when you are visiting the Blue Mountain Village next! They do have other locations too."

"The food was amazing and good portion for the value and quality. I ordered the shrimp linguine and my husband ordered the miso half chicken. They came very hot were both “to die for”. We are beyond satisfied with the dining experience in this location and would love to come back."

"Was my first Greek in Collingwood and thought I would try this place. We had the lambburgers, pig carvings, rice, beans and Moussaka. My lambburger was ok, the blows were great, but the burger needed some more spices. The pork roast proportion was a small part compared to what we are used in other Greek places. The moussaka was okay. I give him 4, because the wild beans and the dessert were amazing. We had the carrot cheesecake. I would say the general portions are quite huge and their salad is amazing! One day I can try to test the salads, they have a good variety. Was a good overall experience. The ambience is also quite good."

"Tried amici tonight for dinner and was impressed. I had the beef dip, best ever. I myself have been in the hospitality industry for 40 yrs and am too picky. I observe how quick we were welcomed, time of server showing up, cleanliness and...overall operation and was plzd with everything. our server Nicole was a friendly, accommodating server with a very good personality. I would definitely go back and thanks!"

"Really good subs. Very friendly staff and clientele. Good food good price too, the subs are very well served. Too bad they are not open until dinner, that is sooo much better, then some chic restaurants around the city I tried! Great subteam!"

"Superb from start to finish. Service is prompt, unobtrusive, and the waitress was very helpful, able to provide good recommendations. The food was excellent. I had a bison steak, sautéed vegetables and a loaded baked potato. As an appetizer, I had a chaser salad. Everything was fresh and delicious. The deserts are all in house I believe and some items sell out; I am looking at you Coconut Cream Pie. I made do with a delicious carrot cake. I have paid a lot more for a lot less quality. This place is a gem. The place was busy and they are only open four days a week so reservations are recommended."
