In a time when everywhere you go is short staffed and customer service is non- existent, my visit to Wayback in Thorndale today renewed my hope that people still know how to give exemplary service. We've been coming here regularly for about 7 years. My son wanted milkshakes for his birthday, so we decided to make it a Shake and Burger Night. 1. Prices rose so much. Order was over $80! My three kids said the milkshakes were terribly delicious. Not even sure how you screw this up. They didn't even finish them. The burgers were bland. I ordered chicken fingers.
