What Lari Powell doesn't like about Blue Bay Asian Cafe:
The pad thai and drunken noodles were very dry. I like spicy food, but the flavor of both was just of pepper and little else ended up adding spices and sauce from my pantry to try and save it. Beef was poor enough quality that I mistook it for chicken at first. Crab rangoons were good though. View all feedback.
