Wait staff wonderful. Jacob was fantastic and the others too. Size of the reels were a tad small on price but delicious! There was a phone that kept ringing, I think behind the bar. A little annoying after a while. We'll go back to the restaurant. It was a very nice Monday night option. View all feedback.

We had a wonderful time. Went with friends and ordered several different rolls, we were not disappointed. They were short handed the night we went in but you would never know it. The service was great. Prices are a bit steep but we knew that going in. Will be going back again! View all feedback.

"Do. Not. Miss. This. Place.Colorado Sake Co. blew me away. We had a reservation for the brunch but it was a holiday weekend and we were the only ones so it was canceled. Staff were super nice about it. Not a problem. I made a point of ordering delivery later in the week because we really wanted to try it. My other half spent some time living in Japan and really misses authentic Japanese food. He's also an incredibly picky eater. We got a variety of small plates and every single thing delivered over expectation.Hands down the best Miso Soup I have had- loaded with tofu and dashi taste. Also the best Bao Bun I have had- a bit different but freaking amazing! I got the chashu pork which was so filling we had leftovers.Also tried:Salmon KushiyakiScallop KushiChicken YaketoriEdamame DumplingsMochi FlightLiterally everything was top notch. Spouse devoured it and loved it all.These guys are knocking it out of the park.I can only imagine the in house experience is even better."
