Lupe's - Thousand Oaks

What kathycn likes about Lupe's:
Our very favorite Mexican restraunt – well worth the wait, which you will have unless you call and make reservations. The waitresses are very friendly and good – Love the “busboys”. Lupe’s has the best homemade chips and salsa. What TurttleHurder doesn't like about Lupe's:
It is defamatory to call it Lupe’s. I used to love it, now it is horrible. Prices have doubled, 1,2,3 item combos are $10,$15,$18. Three terrible tacos with rice and beans are $18. The cheese was grated months ago in Nebraska and shipped on the back of a goat. It has the white powder of freezer burn on it. The rice is so bad , Lupe is not rolling a burrito.
