Hard to evaluate could be a free day, but the majority was good. Had the 3 meat combination. Her tri-tip, pork ribs and spicy chicken got a beef on the side. Chicken was fantastic and this sauce was just the right amount of kick. Tender and sharp. Pork ribs were tender and the spices were perfect. Didn't even need sauce.
