"I finally tried to get a review for this fabulous fish and chip shop I've visited for many years! the hotel is located in the heart of pinner, this place is immaculately clean. the greeting they receive is the first class always friendly, friendly and professional with a smile. the eating tastes nice freshly prepared fish and chips as they wait. her menu is extensive. for the quality and portion they are served, the prices are very reasonable. they can say that this place is popular by the waiting queues they see outside and the familiarity of the employees with customers inside. a great scream from the brilliant team of alex, omar, cemal and anthony. the COVID19 signatures and protection measures of this site are still firmly attached to place, this team has bravely placed on the front to serve the local community during this two-year pandemic. I recommend a visit here."

"The food was 4* or 5* however the service was 1*. Shared a starter of flatbread and main courses of calzone and pasta. Food quality was good, it was hot and nicely presented. The Maitre de who showed us to our table was good however the waitress was very inattentive and made many errors. Multiple requests for menus, multiple requests to order food, several requests for drinks, incorrect drinks brought etc etc."

"I went to this cafe for the first time today was rather surprised at their attitude. The food was well prepared the service was efficient polite there were plenty of other customers eating but when I asked for a coffee I was told that there was no milk. As this establishment is a cafe customers will expect milk with their teas coffees this shows that management do not put themselves out for their paying customers so I won't be returning on a regular basis. They took their 10% anyway. I regularly eat out when other cafes run out of milk they go to the shops buy more which makes the paying customer valued but obviously this is not so with this cafe. I have given a 5 star rating so that management can read this hopefully change their attitude."
