very nice place to relax, have a meet and enjoy a nice drink. the personal is really friendly. Even when I made a mistake in my order, they were so helpful and quickly restored my drink. the load was very clean with many chairs and tables available. I'm very happy to come back soon. Was verbally assaulted by one of the staff called ‘Sami’ who was aggressive and rude to me and my friend who were there with our children all because I dared to walk in with a Starbucks coffee… despite us queuing to order drinks and food from Costa. Sad pathetic little boy trying to play the big man. Complaint made.. let’s see what happens and if they actually listen to these recent comments. View all feedback.
