It can be a bit intimidating if you haven't done Korean BBQ but our server taught us what to do (you cook your own yummy marinated meats at a grill in the center if the table.) We loved the beef, rib and pork. We did dinner for two but found it was too much food and we didn't live every variety. The customer service was terrible. Not only do they mess up your order but argue with you that you ordered (a meal that I know did not come out of my mouth, and this isn't the first occurrence,) upon delivery they continuously ring the doorbell until someone answers the door.
