Red Lion is an absolute gem in the downtown district of Thunder Bay. Aesthetically beautiful and great service! The food is incredibly tasty and the incorporation of craft beer options brings a new edge to the local Thunder Bay community and to touring craft beer lovers! My only wish is they get more Flying Monkeys Amber Ale. Bravo! View all feedback.

"I can't tell you enough how great this restaurant is. They are welcomed by staff who want to take your coat in this cozy, romantic atmosphere. They sit with the wide profile wine menu with many through the glass, half liter, bottle selection. Staff are well trained in the Varietals and can guide you through your preferences. The menu is not too big/small. It is also not far from traditional Italian. The server kept an eye on us all the time without being on our face. The attention to details and service from this server was unprecedented in Thunder Bay. Each menu item nailed the style with an increase. I highly recommend this restaurant for an appointment or special occasion."

"My favourite place for rich delicious food!! The nachos are the best in town, and the burgers are great. Also a must have is the cheese balls for an app! Also the wings.... also great.. so to conclude, you cannot go wrong here!"
