This Timmy's is closest to my house, so I end up there a lot. Yesterday, I made a complaint through the App about an item that was not available and the reason I was given for it being unavailable. I got a call from a manager today and she explained what had happened. I was impressed that she took the time to call me and explain. I ordered a belt in drive thru and when I got it there was no egg so I went into the store to get a new one and after waiting 10-15 minutes I get a new one that has two eggs on it, no bacon, and the bagel isn’t even toasted?? I just wanted breakfast but instead I got two really bad sandwhiches that I didn’t even eat. View all feedback.
