Poor customer service and inconsistent coffee... It's what you do, why is it good one day and bad the next? Prices seem to go up a couple cents every couple of months consistently. The food is subpar most times, breakfast sandwiches and soups seem to be decent most times. View all feedback.

Can’t even make an order for one coffee correctly at least three times in a week at drive thru. Might as well **** away your time and money here.I bet if I ordered $30 worth in the drive thru my order would be half right and screw everyone else’s time and money.Add the times trekking all the way there when it’s posted to be open but NOT is a real treat. As we were about to walk out, they yelled over the screen/counter, at first I thought nothing of it because our card got declined and banking system was acting whack, I don’t know, anyway.. yeah! Thank you! We’ll leave a good tip next time. Thank you very much from us. Awesome timmies.
The gentleman who served me was very fast and friendly... He got my order all right...
LOVE LOVE LOVE the night time shift lady!!(weekdays) Literally love her! She's ALWAYS so nice and friendly, and every time I go there, the coffee is perfect!! One of my go to tims(I only have 2 that I go to)I look forward to going here every evening. Edit: whenever this lady is not there, the coffee tastes gross 5 stars for the lady on the weekday evenings, but 0 stars for whoever makes the coffee on the weekend.
Always excellent service here day or night. Other TH locations whine and complain if you want a sandwich but our kitchen is closed ..... I never had that experience at this location. I have actually driven out of my way to go here rather than Hawker/East Ave locations !
