Friday lunchtime visit with my wife to meet a friend who had suggested this pub as our meeting point. First impression excellent greeted by two smiling barmaids, helpful and chatty. Excellent variety of beers and Gins with recommendations provided by the barmaids. Good choice of tables in bar and quiet areas. BBC news and sky sports on the many TVs.
