was just looking for a coffee to go, but turns out that their full menu is also available for takeaway! had the avocado toast and it was amazing, super deliciou...

we really enjoyed the veg hummus on toast and avocado with celestial on toast. great food!

"Highly highly recommend this restaurant along the NC500 route. It looks small and average from the outside but don’t let that fool you, the food is spectacular. The service is slow as there was only one lady servicing the entire restaurant, but well worth it. Scallops were one of the best we’ve had in Scotland, the pulled beef was so soft and tender, again one of the best we’ve had in Scotland! Make sure to book in advance !"

"Was out for girls Xmas lunch, food was lovely, again a 2 hr slot, we were placed in the outside area it wasn't warm at all. 15 mins before our 2 hr slot the next table had arrived. Forgive me but we're still living covid...times and tables and chairs need cleaned down. The chef was also clearing tables. Very disappointed they seem to be more worried about bums on seats that pleasing customers"

"I booked well in advance for 20 people for my 60th birthday …August 2023.I confirmed a couple of weeks before and advised not open that day but as booked in diary they would honour it.we all arrived at weekend I called and went down just to confirm exact numbers .place shut ..so 15 th august arrive in a bus at 1.15 for lunch not open..I cannot express my feelings ..20 people ..hired bus ..we were from the USA and England… Since that ruined day I have called ,written and left messages to speak to the owner but have had no response.I just need to clarify who took the booking and who a week before agreed to it as my 60 th was ruined..take the name and pay a deposit I would hate this to happen to someone else ….a long way to come for a birthday lunch . Poor customer service"
