I had a very good experience during this visit. It was much better than it used to be. I had stopped coming to this location for a while due to rude treatment in the past. What User doesn't like about Subway:
The food was tasty and the server was very friendly. However, I was disappointed to see the server not washing their hands before putting on gloves and talking on their phone in the lobby. This made me concerned about hygiene and I don't want to risk getting sick. Overall, it was a letdown. View all feedback.
The family enjoyed their sandwiches. The folks working there were nice. Fast service.
The black lady who makes the sandwiches has the nastiest attitude I have ever witness in my life. She should be fired the way she treats the costumers.
So I ordered via doordash, purchasing my sub and chips along with TWO VITAMIN WATERS. Well, they only sent one vitamin water. This happened yesterday. So today, when I ordered via doordash the manager told my dasher that she had no proof that I didn't receive it even with a receipt. I stated I didn't receive it in a review when it happened. Still I have yet to receive my drink or reimbursement!!!!!!! AWFUL SERVICE.
The food is good and the restaurant is clean with friendly servers. There are plenty of vegetarian and gluten-free options available. The restaurant is also kid-friendly with lots of space to run around. It is wheelchair accessible with an open layout on one level.
