“The paper we use doesn't like the oven” The paper they put their food products in/on to put into the oven, is not meant for the oven. It burns and billows smoke out into the rest of the shop. The shop smells of burnt plastic or wax or whatever is burning in the non oven rated paper they are using in the oven, when you walk in the door.
