What Cynthia Stone doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
I had to wait 10 minutes before they took my order, then another 20 minutes and my order had not been brought to me. Most of the employees were standing around outside laughing and socializing with people. After, I got someone inside attention and told them I had to leave and backed out, one of the carhops goes running in, grabs my order and rushes it to me. The food is good, service is not, prices are ridiculous. View all feedback.
I used to love coming but I have been turned away the last 3 times because they only accept online orders all of the sudden.
