"Yesterday,I wanted my family to try better fried chicken, definitely it was good choice. I ordered combo medium and tacoyaki, after tried I added another fried chicken wing, they were very fresh , crispy, delicious! But only about tacoyaki, disappointed, I have to give only 3stars, because they were different taste that I had expected original tacoyaki and too small portion for octopus . except tacoyaki We are all satisfied their chickens ! Their customer service was also perfect ! I want to go back to try another delicious one ! My mother-in-law who is 90 years old lady, was also enjoyed a lot! "Hosts were rude and gave me the worst attitude ever. They did not take my reservation saying open table is not a reliable website . I was a little upset by then but decided it to give it another chance and decided wait it took them 2 hours and 15 min to get a table. Lots of families were seated before us and when i ask what was going on one of the hosts says the were cleaning our table that took 55 min) at some point that same host i guess felt bad because our group included 3 kids ages 2,3 and 5 ask another host whats going on with their table to what the other host responded oh dejalos que esperen otro ratito haha meaning oh let them wait a little bit longer ha ha . Food in the other hand was truly amazing, servers were polite and treated us just amazing unfortunately will not come back because of the HOSTS service was the worst ever."
