I was accidentally staying a week in playas and found this little caffe near advertising vegan eating on the sandwich board. it was breakfast time, so I ordered the waffles. not only did it look beautiful, it also tasted amazing. first I asked for no chocolate sauce (the fears of the stuffed hersheys wine), but then my friend wrote me about the “Belgian chocolate sauce” and I was intrigued.
