This restaurant is arguably the best finer dining experience at the beach in Tijuana. The decor is simple but nice. The food is good. They plate very artistically. I live near the restaurant and it is consistently provides a good dining experience. The staff is always nice, helpful and attentive. The portions are healthy. I have been there several time before and the food and service was good. But I noticed that lately since they cater to parties on the second floor, regular restaurant service has taken a dive.
