fast, friendly and friendly staff. I've never had a wrong order before. (6 shows) they are only open until as 9 o'clock, so make sure they close it there before. even if they use the mobile app and it says that they are closed or do not take orders. they simply push it through them will still close their order minutes; and they will still process it. What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
it is a mcdonald’s. not much to say. Eating is fast and consistent, but not exactly great. fries are the industry standard, but everything else for the greatest part could be really better. cheeseburgers are still very lame. To be honest, I would simply avoid eating here unless they already like certain menu items. burgerkönig has beaten this chain to quality. View all feedback.
People at window are extremely rude. Tells me it’s my issue their app codes aren’t working. Front window was extremely chaotic with coworkers yelling back and forth.
Dining area is very Clean and the manager and staff are very helpful. The manager goes above and beyond to cheer up my kids. Best McDonald's experience ever . Aug 18, 2024 3:45pm.
Try smiling!; they go further than you would think, but other than the solemn looks and demeanor, service was great.
This McDonalds is very poorly run. They consistently make the food wrong. The lines are atrocious. I get it, it's a McDonalds job. That said, it is one of the worst places to eat in Tillamook aside from the fast food.
First off, the boy at the food window was exceptionally nice so I want to say that first and foremost because I truly value good customer service. However, this was the most expensive and least worth it McDonalds I've ever been to. We were charged for the drinks in my kids happy meals, I ordered my burgers with Mac sauce (which we get charged for) and it was still a super dry burger. The toppings were bleak and I know it wasnt freshly made because the cheese was hard. 3 happy meals a BOGO daily double- $30. Wow. We were even charged $4.50 for using a debit card. They didn't put the sauce in my sons nuggets so that was fun for me down the road. All these things I could have dealt with, BUT then I called to ask them about their crazy pricing to let them know our food wasn't satisfactory and typically McDonald's is so great about trying to make customers happy because... Come on its McDonalds. Cheap food to remake right? Well, the manager I spoke with didn't even let me finish and she just said have a good day ma'am and hung up on me. I will never go back.
