Was just passing through town from camping, needed a quick bite : Horrible customer service, took over 15 minutes to get two chicken wraps... Wait at the drive through speaker, no one responds for over 2 minutes ... This is on a random Thursday evening. No other cars ahead of me at Window. I had a coupon for a Sunday and I have never been to a Dairy Queen before, so when I ordered I had no idea which flavour to select. The gentleman behind the counter was not only very friendly, but offered me a black forest flavoured Sunday that he said was something he had put together. He said if I didn't like it he would be happy to make me an alternative. It was delicious! What a great place! Thanks for suggesting your tasty creation!
Good for fast food. Not Halal or posted to my knowledge. Great cake selection. Friendly staff and ManagementDelivery available through Doordash however please tip the driver as DD pays $4 to drivers most of which goes to gas and vehicle expenses.
Helpful staff and good selection of ice cream cakes. My little Granddaughter dumped her blizzard. I asked for napkins to clean it up. The staff cleaned it up and then gave her a new blizzard free of charge, which they didn't need to do. Small town caring
Went through the drive thru and there was one car ahead of us. It was around 8:40 pm and the store closes at 9 but we just wanted one blizzard. It felt like it took forever for the car ahead of us to leave the speaker. When we finally got to the speaker the car ahead of us had ordered 2 blizzards, as displayed on the screen. We waited to place our order and no one even acknowledged us for over 5 minutes. We eventually decided to just leave. Such awful customer service to not even say “hi I’ll be right with you” or reply when we say hello. An employee even walked out the back door at one point and went back inside when they noticed we were there. As someone who has previously worked in fast food I understand that sometimes it gets busy and they may need extra time but this was not the case today and if it were, they still could have handled it much better. Unfortunate that there’s only one store in town.
Worst DQ experience ever! No ingredients left to make a load of blizzard flavours. Ridiculous! Everything I asked for they did not have. Drinks and condiments station dirty even though three staff with nothing to do. They couldn't even process my app deal properly. My moolatte not blended properly grainy. What do they do well at this location? Where is the management? Where is the person responsible for ensuring ingredient supplies are sufficient? Very disappointing. This is not what DQ brand want their customers to experience, I'm sure.
