Went to McDonald's today (drive-thru) to get a Shamrock Shake. I look forward to these every year and this year's did not disappoint! It was delicious as ever. What User doesn't like about McDonald's:
I went for breakfast and got a sausage and hash-brown Mcwrap.. Somewow, the teenage cooks could not get that right and instead gave me a feta Mcwrap.. I went back the have3 it exchanged and because it was shortly after breakfast when I got back, they didn't want to fix their mistake. Took my money back instead... I can't get that right. several commands were measured. the customer service does not feel present. Unfortunately, if they could slow down, I believe they get more orders right and have happier customers!
Slovest mcdonald is me too. the personal did not seem to know where they were going. manager should try to organize the personal better.
Typical mcdonald’s, no real complaining here. in the load was decent, but not fantastic, eating was good.
Ordered an eggblt without speck and no mayo. no possibility for another sauce at the kiosk on the morning. When I asked about the sauce, the worker scolded me, they must pay for the before ordering and refused to give me the sauce. Why do I have to pay when I paid for speck and mayo that I didn't get? manager are good. but the workers must be withdrawn. I have done a mcdonald’s before, so I have the right and wrong.
This McDonald’s has gone through a renovation and this includes the teams attitude. My experience with staff was super energetic and pleasant. The food was definitely made with more passion than other McDonald’s
