This was a one person show. She was the cook, waitress, server, cashier, and I assume dishwasher. You would think she wouldn't be able to keep up with a whole restaurant. But miraculously she did, and she did a marvelous job. She was very funny and personable. The food was incredible and very reasonably priced. This was the best catfish dinner I've had in years.
