This is a traditional, family-run restaurant in Tiradentes. Located in the mais square, simple, clean and outstanding typical Minas Gerais food! Start with a caipirinha to open your apetite... very nice! They serve 3 sizes: "mini, 1 person, 2 people" but the mini really serves one adult, 1 person serves 2 and 2 people serves 3! When I come to Tiradentes, at least one lunch must be here! Try the "tutu a mineira", "filet mignon" or the "tropeiro"... you will not regreat!
The food was very tasty but the atmosphere was hot and noisy. No outside sitting and they only took cash payment
Tipical food from Minas and a plate for one is more than enough for two but be aware that only takes cash
The best (and simple) food in Tiradentes!! If you want a have a taste of Tiradentes, go to Bar do Celso. In the heart of the city (main square). Just need to pay attention because they do not accept credit cards. Only cash...
We enjoyed the food but there is nothing special about it. We have also missed a greater variety of beers. Fast and cheap.
