The falafel packaging at this restaurant is top-notch on the island! The breakfast is absolutely delicious and satisfying. It can get quite crowded in the summer, with limited parking available, so getting your order to go is a good option. View all feedback.
What Shelley Allen doesn't like about Little House Cafe:
We were not impressed with this restaurant. We waited 40 minutes for our eggs benedict, only for it to be served cold. The service was very slow. Food: 2, Service: 2, Atmosphere: 3. View all feedback.
Breakfast stopped, food was excellent and her house baked bread, delicious! I had breakfast BLT minus the egg.
Got an assortment of breakfast sandwiches for the crew they were all top notch, would recommend
Good vegetarian options but small portions. Kids menu is nice and the baked goods and drinks are excellent. Nice outdoor picnic area, inside is homey and cozy.
I've been going to Little House for years and their food is ALWAYS amazing! My most recent discovery is their Shawarma wrap but over salad seriously, if all my salads were this good, I would eat a salad for every meal! Also truly love their falafel wrap on the warm pita bread. OH and you MUST get a double chocolate espresso cookie best cookie on MV in my opinion!
My wife and I are flexitarians, mainly vegan but occasionally consume egg and dairy. We had a delightful dinner at the Little House today. The dining room was cozy and the staff was friendly and attentive. We tried two salads, the roasted butternut squash and the Gado Gado. The butternut squash salad had goat cheese feta which could be omitted to make it vegan. It consisted of spinach, roasted squash, dried cranberries, pepitas, and red quinoa. The Gado Gado had a boiled egg which could also be left out for a vegan option. It included spinach, white rice, fried tofu, pickled daikon and carrots, shredded red cabbage, and a peanut dressing. Both salads were delicious. We ended our meal with a flourless chocolate torte for dessert. Overall, we were very pleased with our dining experience at the Little House.
