What Melanie In Saskatchewan doesn't like about Great Wall Family Restaurant:
Food tastes great, but owners still practicing covid measures so you can only go as far as the front vestibule which fits 2 adults only at any given time. Order thru a plexiglass wall and wait for it to be brought to you as they won't allow sit down meals. I gave 2 stars for the food, but I've had much better in many other provinces with better service. My review is based on the overall lack of dining options and fee... View all feedback. read moreOne online magazine reviewer recently visited a Chinese restaurant in Tisdale, Saskatchewan. While some felt the COVID-19 restrictions in place limited the dining experience, others found the takeout service to be efficient and the food to be of high quality. The restaurant, although lacking in ambiance for some, offered tasty and generous portions of typical small town Chinese cuisine. Visitors praised the large shrimp, tender chicken, and flavorful sauces, even recommending the Singapore noodles. Despite the grungy appearance and outdated decor, the friendly service and reasonable prices made this spot a hidden gem. Regular patrons praised the fresh and tasty Chinese buffet options, highlighting the variety and quality of the dishes available. Overall, this Chinese restaurant in Tisdale seems to be a popular choice for those looking for a satisfying Chinese dining experience in the area. Service may need some improvement but the food quality and portions seem to make up for any shortcomings.
