It is not possible to have good waiters ,, as they were not able to sustain here .. And the local waiters don't know how to serves... So it is better to go through the food quality here , not through the services ... Btw in coming years we have planned to provide good services... Thank you.... read more.

What Om Gopal M doesn't like about Regal Plaza:
The place was not upto my liking. The ambiance seems okay, 3 stars. The service was disorganised and very unattended, 2 stars. Food quality was acceptable though some food were a mess. They just mixed whatever they can to make it, 3 stars. The serve time is very high (40-70 mins), 1 star. The price wasn't in the budget range, 3 star.
