Amazing and authentic New Orleans fare in a really fun atmosphere. Gypsy the chef should win a Best of Titusville award! The Boudin Balls are heavenly delicious and light and fluffy yet dense and delicious with the perfect dipping sauce. Amazing jambalaya and smothered chicken. Beignets are light and sweet ending. $19.00 Old Fashioned cocktails seemed pricey. The Louisiana Chicken was not represented what was on the menu. The chicken was not blackened and the vegetables tasted like they were previously frozen and not sautéed. The service was great, the ambiance was wonderful and the live entertainment was on point. 50/50.
