clean space, great staff, fast service. eating was also good with large portions. we had brisket, pulled boar, baked beans, coleslaw, green beans and mac and cheese. the brisket was fresh and tasty, and the pulled bodice was tasteful and not dry, very good. they also have 4 sauces that are absolutely delicious. make sure to try the bourbon and not have any fear of mixing them together. very good and will come back. I tried this place a few times before I left a check. I wanted to love this place so bad, but very expensive for mediocre bbq. drilling are some of the best I ever had, but not worth $8 for a big side. the brisket and ripen are hit or miss. it can be harder than shoe leather or it can be in order. as a newer business, I hope that they will continue to improve and hear their customers.
