What User doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
What a disappointment! They were supposed to be open but when I arrived to pick up my food, they were closed. I ended up deleting the app. I don't mind paying a little extra to support local businesses, but at least I expect to receive my food. Even if they were open, the quality of the food was not consistent - it was either incorrect, cold, or overcooked. It was always hit or miss. View all feedback.
I would like to let the manager know that her associate, bella, is the kindest and helpful person I met in titusville P.A. I hope they recognize her for her good work
Delivered on time, driver was extremely nice and very friendly. She deserves a raise.
My cinabuns and cheese bread sticks were recognizably burnt. They could have either redone them or said something to me and gave me a discount
Although they claim to be short staffed, it's more like lack of team work, especially when you can see people standing around doing nothing. If you have time to lean you have time to clean or help another team member out. My husband asked for a refill no less than 5 times b4 it was refilled.. a simple request.
The bbq wings we ordered tasted more like buffalo. The woman who brought the order out forgot out 2 liter.
