had stopped a bite last night and a brew. the pleasure chest was great as usual, but I couldn't decide what to eat. it was cool on the terrace, so I asked for suppe. our server, ben, said that the cook had just put on a pot of southwest grouper chowder. oh. it wasn't amazing! warm and silky with pieces of groupers and enough flavor to make it interesting, but not overwhelming for the fish. superb! should make a clip...
