Their service isn't perfect, but they're doing their best. I ordered a double bourbon bacon today, but they accidentally gave me a single. After I came back and brought it up, they let me keep the burger I got by mistake and brought me the double I ordered.They deserve more positive reviews. What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
I had dinner for two for $24, which included a burger, fries, and a drink. Unfortunately, the drinks were mostly ice. The burger was only slightly better than a Whopper Jr., and I was very disappointed. The tomato on the burger looked sad, and it definitely didn't resemble the picture of a big, overflowing burger with toppings from the menu. I won't be returning to this restaurant. I would get this 0 if I could!! The lady in the drive thru acted like we were inconviening her day. She had an attitude from the moment we ordered. My husband went back in to say they messed up our order and she said Well that 's not what you ordered and I can 't do anything about it! What ever happened with customer service??? We will never go back here again!
Otder was correct..and done in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend it to family and friends, I will definitely be going back in the near future!
Slowest of the slowest service in America. I don't know what it is, but each time I pull up to the drive thru, they constantly say, please hold. Sometimes, nobody greed you, you have to Speak up.
The girl working the window tonight is always amazing. 10/10
Grease fryer exhaust fan not working and making everyone cough and nausea with the smoke.
