"If you like mushrooms get on down to this understated family run restaurant near Corchia. I had a mixed starter. The freshness and crispness of the crostini was wonderfully complemented by the fluffy rich texture of the tasty souffle. For first plate I had a generous helping of nettle tagliolini with Spec and the local speciality of truffles. This is one of the local restaurant with permission to sell truffles. This was a visual and gastronomic delight. Absolutely wonderful blend of flavours. People travel to Manubiola for miles around for its truffle and wild boar dishes. I was not able to get to second plate though I would have loved to. Instead we moved onto desert. I had a a chestnut and nut semi-frozen desert in a bed of sharon fruit sauce. A thoroughly enjoyable finish to an amazing meal. I would definitely go back again."

"I press something, we did not try this farm for the advertising that you did after winning “Four restaurants”, we knew it already long before. We were very satisfied for the place, for the property and for the quality of the products, on all red beet dumplings, also excellent the green tagliatelle, the egg with truffle, the beef tartare, the lamb of zeros and desserts. The prices are not exactly from farm but worth visiting it. Next time!"

"Our B&B recommended this place in the hills. At 8pm we were the first to arrive but it was full by the time we left. It was like being a guest in someone’s home, indeed a number of family members were involved with cooking/serving. We were taken into the kitchen to see grandma making the pasta and it was fantastic, easily the best we had during our stay in Italy. We also had main courses of wild boar and chicken, which were delicious. No room for dessert."
