Como su nombre lo indica, es un bistro de gran diseño y atmósfera interior, es acogedor a cualquier hora del día. Mi sorpresa comenzó con desayuno: variedad de pan dulce hecho ahí mismo, como debe de ser, y calientito para que acompañes con café recién hecho. Jugos de temporada y mezclas por si quieres alguno energizante o detox. Si vas acompañado o con amigos ordenen diferentes platillos, porque querrás probarlo todo. Los chilaquiles con queso cotija, la sincronizada bañada en salsa roja con aguacate y queso de hebra, las tostas, los huevos a la cazuela, el omelette de hongos.Segunda visita, la comida: Pulpo a la plancha con salsa de chile guajillo perfectamente cocinado, lo que muchos lugares todavía no aprenden. Lo acompañan papas, alioli, crema de aguacate y cebollas confitadas. Disfruta una copa de vino y buen vino; el precio te sorprenderá. La ensalada con burrata, pesto y aceite de trufa te borra las culpas, el pan rústico que acompaña los platos fuertes es una muestra de que se están haciendo cosas bien hechas. Milá está desarrollando su carta y siendo una gran propuesta gastronómica en Morelos."
