stunning location in the hills around todi. Unfortunately it was a bit too windy to sit outside to enjoy the view, but inside was actually even more beautiful. the restaurant was completely booked and the atmosphere very pleasant. professional staff and the dishes were very tasteful. the risotto with saffron and the slowly boiled pork bell were excellent. together with a tasteful montefalco rosso. we're coming back!
