Without a telephone pre-order, you don't get a table because the pizzeria is always very well visited. It is very cozy furnished, with open wood stove. You can watch the pizza bakers when baking the pizza. Whether pasta, pizza or salad everything is very delicious and very beautifully dressed. All in all, the pizzeria convinces with friendly service, delicious food and a good value for money. View all feedback.
What Esther Toledo doesn't like about Bella Italia:
Very delicious food at reasonable prices with friendly service in a nice ambience. In short: 5 star update April 2018: noodles hard (not al dente), pizza floor hard, little covering, operation murky and slow. Shame! View all feedback.
Long waiting times and lukewarm food, but very nice ambience
Update: April 28, 2018 Ate here again today. The terrace is really nice, but the operation doesn't make the impression that she likes her job. The Rigatoni were more than al dente and very hard, for that the vegetables were absolutely soy. The pizza looked good, at least if the edge was partly very burned. So it's very questionable if I go to dinner again. ALT: Simple Super Class Says Everything
Food does not come at the same time or one of them half cold staff does not even want good appetite and it serves us 4 different. Ladies who obviously don't know each other. Dessert does not correspond to the card (chocoque is then a mousse/gelatian fruit mass with thin bottom of chocolate)
Great service, good food. Right Italian. Can only recommend this.
We were recently on vacation at Todtnau. We have already been refreshed by this great Italian. And he's really great! In the end we were 4 times there from 7 days on holiday! Opposite the restaurant, a tree-lined avenue leads to the Todtnauer church, which looks down on a hill towards the busy highway. In front of the restaurant there are beautiful places on a fountain overlooking the Baumgasse and the church. Inside, the Hotel Restaurant/Pizzeria is beautifully decorated, with a lot of style and taste. Rooms are equipped with dark solid wood. The walls are walled and provided with subtle lights and black white pictures. On the right side of the restaurant are the particularly sought-after seats overlooking a walled oven where you can observe its pizza during its creation. Behind the counter is a mega espresso machine made of felt gold, which makes so delicious espresso or espresso Macchiato as we previously only drank in Italy. The controls are nice and a little set up, even if the shop is full. Where we come to my recommendation: to book in advance, otherwise you will not get a seat. Free parking is available on the side street, where you can also get a place at night when the restaurant is full. The food is also great. And that is not excessively formulated. The menu is big and for every taste is what. We have eaten during our visits: Gnocchi with Parma ham in Gorgonzola sauce, Tri Pasti, Carving Milanese, Crab Pizza, Pizza with rocket, Parma ham and Parmesan, baked Torteloni with minced meat and mushrooms, fitness salad and Tagliatelle with a spinach cream sauce. Everything very tasty and dressed with love. We sat every time, especially because we couldn't give up a side dish salad, which was simply great again with a delicious Frenchdressing, leaf salad, cucumbers, tomatoes, rocola and carrots: . In the afternoon we also enjoyed a tiramisu, latte Macchiato and an ice chocolate. So it's worth a visit. The price is still affordable, we are at 2nd with appetizer and espresso afterwards; so at 35 €, this is for quality, in my opinion. For us was the only thing that Bella Italia is so far from home; , we would have such an Italian with us, we would probably be a guest at least once a week. Great recommendation, especially for holidaymakers in the Todtnau Air Bath in the Black Forest.
