What Claire W likes about Din Tai Fung:
Dim sum! The place is a little hard to find (face the Yaesu North Exit and then go into the basement of the Tekkou building on the right) but as a result, even on a weekend evening, it wasn’t crowded and my group was seated right away. The soup dumplings were delicious, though can rack up in price if you order a lot of them. I suggest getting an order or two of fried rice to make sure you have enough to eat without b... What Mike P doesn't like about Din Tai Fung:
The Tan tan men was kind of watery and noodles were uninspiring. Felt big ... But more like a family restaurant. Price really doesn't match what you're getting. Way better options around Tokyo station... At least for Tan Tan Mein. Place seems famous for dumplings which I didn't have. Nice tea though. View all feedback.
Signature dishes such as xialong boa and spicy wonton were delicious. Service was impeccable. A little pricey but still worth it.
