as already mentioned, they have a vegetarian salate, but I would recommend to them to get their own customized salate. they do not have protein options, but chalk tones. I'd get tomato for this extra umami bomb. they can mix dressing and they offer free add-ons such as onion flakes and Cajun season. would definitely come here for a light, healthy evening meal.
