What User doesn't like about Monsoon Cafe Ebisu:
when they eat lunch in monsoon, make sure they request the regular menu, otherwise they only receive the lunch menu, which is usually meat. three to four dishes on the regular menu can be made vegan. the spring rolls were in a ground salad in a roll, so very disappointing, but the vegan pho was very delicious. the staff was extremely helpful, big and for it.
