What User doesn't like about Natural Lawson Miraina Tower:
first, this is super hard to find as the other reviewer said. you will find the entrance of an office building (between the tower and the JR station) you will receive a non-descript elevator to the 5th floor, and it is directly there, a hole in the wall area next to the lobby of the office building.
