this place was quite difficult to find, especially when someone who had never been in this area. it is a part of the tokyu plaza. they can choose their favorite rice: white rice or mogi rice. if you order white rice, you can ask for more free. they can choose 3 side shells that come with the set. also the plating was nice. What User doesn't like about Salon Ginza Sabou:
We tried their matcha specialities. Tasted average and nothing special. The kakigori was just ice with matcha flavor which was quite disappointing. Portion was also quite small despite the expensive price. 1000+yen for dessert and 600+yen for drinks. Each person also needs to order something. Service was also quite rude.
