Chef Inose works magic with the fish assortment in his grandmakase! It is worth the trip and reservation to visit him for dinner! The Ankimo and Shirako were great while the Ika was such a pleasant surprise. Soft meat that becomes creamy, sweet and buttery as you chew it. It's incredible. View all feedback.
