We're fan of this dry ramen/soupless chain, believe it's the original abura soba chain, so if we ever see it we tend to drop in. Simple menu but you can customize with as much vinegar and chilly oil to your liking as you mix it up. They claim to have less oil, fat and sodium compared to traditional soup-based ramens.
