The food here is pretty bad. It's only a gas station which kind of makes sense why it's so bad but it could definitely be a little bit better. The texture and quality of the ice cream is pretty bad. This is located in a corner of a gas station. Many options not available. Place looked like an afterthought. Ice cream was not special in ANY way. I could say more but I don't want to be mean. We drove a little out of the way to come here based on the YELP reviews. Big disappointment for ice cream lovers.
Yes, this is at a gas station, so why is the ice cream so good? And how do they fit their huge selection in there? They have so many flavors and toppings and sundaes, you can go simple, crazy, or make a copycat treat like you’d get at a more expensive ice cream chain. This place has great prices and a cute picnic table area, I’ll be going back again and again!
Sooooo many options, and everything tastes delicious! This little service window on the side of a Citgo is a hidden gem! Has everything you need to make a copycat sundae from the big chain ice cream places, but at much better prices, and everything tastes so fresh- like why were the chocolate sprinkles so fudgy? Yum!
Excellent Shady Glen hard Ice cream, Sundaes are awesome, at excellent price. People in the know , know!! Whinners stay home and suck your thumb!!!!
