first, the speck is not equal. it is a thicker cut with a very clean and smokey taste. the best I ever had, I think it sold for $10 per pack/pound. they also have beautiful marbeled bark, the ribeye is filled with taste. In addition, they offer many types of sausage, pork, huh and other delicious items. regarding the prices, this is very reasonable and bark meat will run $2 to $4 more per pfund than large food stores... The country butcher is a great place if they were looking qualitatiw high quality meat and other sorted. drive them, they can see that the reasons well manicured, which speaks to sell the degree of care into the food. everything is immaculate. my favorites are his breakfast left and his Swedish meatballs.
We recently used Country Butcher for pick-up catering of fried chicken, mac and cheese, pulled pork, and sides. Our guests raved about how delicious and hot the food was! We won't go anywhere else for our catering needs.
The restaurant had a fantastic atmosphere and the staff were extremely helpful. They even offered to cut the picanha for us.
Best filet mignon I've had in the area. Great service and I love the curbside pick up.
