first, the speck is not equal. it is a thicker cut with a very clean and smokey taste. the best I ever had, I think it sold for $10 per pack/pound. they also have beautiful marbeled bark, the ribeye is filled with taste. In addition, they offer many types of sausage, pork, huh and other delicious items. regarding the prices, this is very reasonable and bark meat will run $2 to $4 more per pfund than large food stores...
