Very strange experience trying to exchange ham bought a few hours earlier because the whole family thought it was way too dry. Must be a family owned franchise. I didn't buy the original ham that day, merely tasked with the long drive to exchange it. I am not aware of any scams involving exchanging 98% of a brand new ham for 100% of a new one.
